As a responsible corporate citizen, Sadolin Paints (E.A.) Limited is committed towards contributing to the well being of the Society and the environment as part of its business policy. Sadolin Paints (E.A.) Limited will endeavour to protect human health, natural resources and both the local and global environment, in accordance with the environmental principles of Sadolin Paints (E.A.) Limited. This commitment encompasses both the compliance to the law and the integration of sound environmental practices into our business decisions.
By operating in accordance with the Environmental Management System, Sadolin Paints (E.A.) Limited will strive to: -
- Continually improve its environmental performance through assessment of the environmental aspects of all the activities and regular review of objectives, targets and programmes to address those of significance.
- Comply with all applicable environmental regulatory and other requirements.
- Train and educate all employees on environment related activities and communicating the Policy to all. This will ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities relating to this Policy and the Environmental Management System.
- Adopt environmentally friendly strategies of paints and resin production to prevent pollution and waste in all site activities.
- Integrate the Environmental Management System with Health and Safety Systems.
The Environmental Policy will be appropriately communicated to all the Sadolin Group employees and the concerned public.
We intend to pursue our Policy and commitment through an Environmental Management System based on International Standards. |
